54***PLEASE NOTE: MEMBERSHIP DUES WERE INCREASED IN 2015 TO $30.00***
** Please be aware that all member club vouchers for the 2021-2022 season registration will have to be paid for and printed off online until further notice. Our usual membership coordinator is unable to participate this season but if you would like to volunteer to take over the position it would be greatly appreciated. In the meantime, you can go to

for more information
The Marcellus Snowmobile Club now has over 200 members, and continues to grow! PLEASE consider joining a club and helping out where you ride. Just an hour out of your day could be a HUGE help and benefit us all.
***************************************************************
Marcellus Snowmobile Club is recognized by NYSSA and the NYS DMV. Therefore, joining will count towards your New York State registration fee, saving you the $55.00 "surcharge" that New York State is imposing on snowmobilers who do not belong to a club.
Also included in your dues is a membership in the New York State Snowmobile Association (NYSSA), and their accompanying benefits. What a swell deal!
**************************************************************************
The total registration fee for a snowmobile is $100 per year, unless you are a club member. You MUST become a club member before you renew your registration!!!! You will receive a voucher from the club, or if you join using the NYSSA (http://nyssnowassoc.org) Online System you can register online at the New York State Snowmobile Association Website. Or better yet, just come to a meeting and pickup a voucher.
Whichever method used you must submit the membership voucher to NYSDMV when registering your snowmobile and therefore pay only $45.00 for each sled owned, instead of the $100.00 fee charged to non-club members. Clubs currently have the vouchers for distribution.
Please remember it is the clubs that plan, build, maintain, sign, offer safety courses and establish the nearly 11,000 miles of trails in NY. Without the clubs there are no trails, and without members there are no clubs!!!!
So- Print out a membership above, mail it to us, and we can send you a voucher to take with you or mail to the DMV. Or better yet, print out the membership, bring it WITH YOU to one of our meetings the 2nd Wednesday of the month at the Amber Inn, and pick up a voucher then. This way is MUCH more fun then mailing us a letter! And don't forget what it means to be an ACTIVE member- see the bottom of the page.

DO YOU JUST BELONG?
Are you an active member, the kind that would be missed?
Or are you just contented that your name is on the list?
So you attend the meetings and mingle with the flock.
Or do you meet in private and criticize and knock?
Do you take an active part to help the work along?
Or are you satisfied to be the kind that just belongs?
Do you work on committees, to this there is no trick,
Or leave the work to just a few, and talk about the clique?
Please come to the meetings often, and help with hand and heart.
Don't just be a member but take an active part.
Think this over, members, you know what's right from wrong.
Are you an active member, or you just belong?
